Cancellation Policy
Trips aboard Sabino are NOT canceled for overcast skies or occasional drizzle. It can be cooler on the water, please dress for the weather and bring a jacket or sweater. If the captain determines dangerous weather, the cruise will be canceled, and you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed ASAP, but no later than 2 days after your scheduled cruise. Tickets will NOT be refunded for no-shows or late arrivals for a scheduled trip aboard Sabino. Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at purchase.

Description
Enjoy a quiet, peaceful ride and see the sites along the Mystic River. Our downriver trips include light narration about the area and local environment, traveling south through the drawbridge and railroad bridge to turn around by the village of Noank. All cruises are round trip, leaving and returning to Mystic Seaport Museum.
The 2:30 p.m. trip is 90 minutes.

Our downriver cruises pass through our historic Mystic River Drawbridge and the railroad’s swing bridge, both on the way out and coming back. Sabino will also pass by the Sixpenny Island Wildlife Area and turn around near the village of Noank where passengers can learn about the current oyster farm operations on the river and about the various marine wildlife found in and along the shore.

The 5:30 p.m. trip is 120 minutes.

In addition to the sights seen on our 90-minute trip, our evening cruise travels farther south, turning around at the mouth of the river with views of Fishers Island Sound, Morgan Point Lighthouse, and several notable islands. The 5:30 p.m. cruise requires a minimum of 6 passengers to run. If a cruise is unable to run, passengers will be notified as soon as a decision has been made, and you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed ASAP, but no later than 2 days after your initially scheduled cruise.
