Arrival
Please check in with your mobile ticket at least 10 minutes ahead of departure timeon the dock behind S&P Oyster Restaurant: 1 Holmes St, Mystic, CT 06355. There is street parking and paid lots available nearby. Given the cooler temperatures on the water, we highly encourage bringing extra layers.
The 9:30, 10:15, 11:00, 11:45, 1:00, 1:45, 2:30, 3:15, and 4:00 tours are 30 minutes and include a narration. Please check your tour time – tickets are only valid for the time on your ticket.
Return tickets are not time sensitive – return back downtown at any of these times: 10:00, 10:45, 11:30, 1:30, 2:15, 3:00, 3:45, 4:30, and 5:00.
Inclement Weather Policy
Trips aboard Mystic Seaport Express are NOT canceled for overcast skies or occasional drizzle but will be canceled if raining heavily or excessive wind. If the captain determines dangerous weather, the cruise will be canceled, and you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed ASAP, but no later than 2 days after your scheduled cruise.
No-Show Policy
Tickets will NOT be refunded for no-shows or late arrivals for a scheduled trip aboard Mystic Seaport Express. Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at purchase.
Minimums and Maximums
Mystic Seaport Express carries a maximum of 17 passengers. There is no minimum number of passengers required.
